After coming out with Thai blockbuster Bad Genius last year, the same producers churned out another hit with their latest offering Brother of the Year which stars Thai heartthrob Sunny Suwanmethanont, Urassaya “Yaya” Sperbund and Korean 2pm boyband member actor Nichkhun Horvejkul.

Brother of the Year starts off on a light note as it shows advertising executive Chut (Sunny Suwanmethanont) enjoying his wild bachelor life in Bangkok. His life drastically changes when his younger sister Jane (Yaya Sperbund) returns from college in Japan. When Jane gets a job as part of the team of one of Chut’s clients, the siblings clash even more both in and outside their home.

Their relationship becomes even more complicated when Jane announces her engagement to her boss (Nickhun) which does not sit well with Chut and he tries to make life difficult for Jane and her half-Japanese fiancé who are planning to move to Japan right after their marriage.

Brother of the Year opens on October 10 in cinemas nationwide and is supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
